Alex "Daddy" Wonk laid the foundation for what is now the Wonk Unit in London in 1992 with his Band "The Flying Medallions". A band that is unique in Europe with its own sound, its own humor, its own festival and a deeply rooted DIY Background. Alex Brindle Johnson as the lead singer but also poet, skater, stage performer and creative motor is the heart of the band. Several claim that WONK UNIT is currently the most exciting thing happening on Europe´s punk rock stages.

The new compilation contains a total of 16 songs from the entire creative period of the band as well as the brand new track CYCLISTS SONG, which the band recorded especially for this record. The album gives a great overview of the band?s work, Alex Daddy Wonks songwriting skills and the passion of not giving a fuck about genre boundaries. The LP comes with a colourful, flat vinyl, heavy cardboard cover and special UV gloss finish. There is also an inlay card in LP size and a download code.
